A very pleasant stay in a cozy villa by the water with a beautiful view. This place is perfect for those who appreciate solitude and a leisurely pace. The guest area with drinks, fruits, and port creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, where you can happily spend time reading books about Berlin and art. The administrator, Katarina, showed great care and hospitality. We would gladly return again!

• Simplest check-in and check out you can imagine: no keys, just an automatically assigned door code. Convenient online check-in form.
• Amazing hosts. There's an actual office downstairs with multiple people working there. All of them were very nice to us and helped us with every need.
• Room condition and cleanliness: apartments are cleaned in a professional way, so beds and kitchen look like in a hotel.
• Private parking. It's a nice feature to have a reserved spot in the center of Berlin. We were especially happy to have an enclosed parking during the New Year's night as we didn't have to worry about our cars getting blown up with fireworks :)

I have another booking from March 24-26, but this time was wonderful. The room was clean as usual, and I love the bathtub, it's big enough for a couple.
