The breakfast was great:a big variety of food, professional and smiling staff. My baby loved the robot carrying the plates to the kitchen. It is a great location to go witch children. It is possible to have a dinner at the hotel's restaurant i' the evening, so no need to go out if the weather is ugly.

Everything was good. Except missed bacon for breakfast .Location was easy with public transport. Shops near by.

This 4-star hotel is located on the River Spree, just 500 metres from Tiergarten Park. It is 1 stop from Berlin Main Station, and placed between the Ku'damm and the Mitte district.

We reserved a Duplex Family Room which was just great, the children slept on the top floor and we slept below, both floors are very large and the room has a large table that sit all four, it also has a desk, and all other ammenities. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from S-Bahn Bellvue, with easy connections to the whole city of Berlin. The entrance to the hotel is in a very nice pedestrian zone right on the river-front, there are no roads beside the hotel. There are multiple restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance from the hotel. The check-in was very easy, the staff was very nice and the hotel lobby had little "extras" for Christmas, like chocolats, marzipan and decorations Altogether we really enjoyed our stay

Location is perfect. Really close to HBF. The room was clean and silent. The bed was comfortable. There was a line during check in but it was fast. Nothing to complain about. Just a standard good hotel experience.
