There's an actual office downstairs with multiple people working there. All of them were very nice to us and helped us with every need. • Room condition and cleanliness: apartments are cleaned in a professional way, so beds and kitchen look like in a hotel. • Private parking. It's a nice feature to have a reserved spot in the center of Berlin. We were especially happy to have an enclosed parking during the New Year's night as we didn't have to worry about our cars getting blown up with fireworks :)

Hotel location is super convient, right front the railway station, easy for traveller. Met a super nice hotel manager, who can speak fluent Chinese and Shanghainese. We visited Berlin by following his guide, including some local resturants and local famous visiting spots, which are very helpful.
