Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The room was absolutely fantastic—super spacious and meticulously maintained. The bathroom featured a pristine and comfortable bathtub that added a luxurious touch to our stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, with luxury products from Balmain, which truly elevated the entire experience.
One of the standout features was the integrated sound system in the room, which could be easily controlled from a central panel. Additionally, the lighting controls allowed us to create different scenes with warm or cool lights, enhancing the ambiance and making our stay even more enjoyable.
The room service was consistently excellent, and our room was impeccably cleaned every single day. Beyond the room, the pool was an absolute highlight, offering stunning views of the entire Berlin skyline. The jacuzzi was equally impressive, and the outdoor area provided a perfect spot for sunbathing.
Our experience at this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It’s an excellent value for the money, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

All went well. After having checked out, and we had a long journey to make back by train - we asked a staff member if we could find a quiet spot to pray for 5 mins. And we were helpfully directed to the third floor. Kind gesture that goes a long way!

Stuff was very friendly and ready to help.
