Exactly met our requirements. Party of 4 adults so large kitchen, lounge and 2 bathrooms essential. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Host (and cleaner) very helpful. Very quiet area approximately 30 minutes by tram to city centre. Choice of trams/buses all within short walking distance which easily link to major Berlin attractions. Shops and restaurants within very short walking distance. Whole check in time quite late pm we were able to drop bags off earlier.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Living Hotel Weißensee. The hotel is located in a peaceful area near a lake and surrounded by nature — a perfect balance between relaxation and productivity. The room was very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and cozy beds that allowed for a great rest. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette with everything I needed, including a fridge, and the spacious desk, which was ideal for working. Daily complimentary bottled water and beer were a nice touch. The bathroom had all the essentials, and housekeeping was thorough and of high quality. The hotel also features a small fitness room and spa, and a laundry/ironing room downstairs — very convenient for longer stays. There’s also a restaurant and bar in the lobby, and a supermarket nearby. The 24-hour reception was friendly and helpful. A tram stop is about 10 minutes away, with connections to many directions. It took around 30 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

Excellent apartment, my friends and I stayed there for 5 days and found it perfectly comfortable for longer stays. Very spacious, with a great living room to watch TV and make a meal. Beds are extremely comfortable, one of the bedrooms is facing a street with tram so the hosts kindly provided earplugs to improve the sleep quality. We just kept the windows closed during the night in that bedroom and slept quite well, even without the earplugs. Convenient location - multiple tram lines are a few minutes away, ~20-25 minutes to Downtown and some of the best attractions in Berlin. Aldi and Lidl are also very close, which is super convenient. I especially enjoyed cleanliness of the apartment, it was very pleasant to see your socks white after walking inside. Check-in process through the special website which allows you to open all doors is very modern and convenient. Honestly, a 10 out of 10 stay!

The room was big enough, perfectly clean, comfortable bed. The heating was perfect as well as sound insolation from traffic outside. Staff very polite. All in all, more than I expected. Come back definetly.
