Friendly reception staff, very helpful with booking taxi for early morning departure. There was 24hr reception staff attandence so even at 3:30 am someone could check that the taxi was on its way. Decor was modern/chic, room was clean and comfortable. Location good- 15 minutes walk or 5 mins bus ride from Hauptbanhof, 10-15 minutes by taxi from airport and 10 minutes walk from Schnoor historic district.

The hotel is nice, has a good atmosphere and the staff are nice. It is located within walking distance of both the city center and main train station. There is also a tram stop directly outside for the airport. Perfect place to stay for the christmas markets.
