The staff are friendly and helpful, they are esp Zahin and Ledion. From the reception, the housekeeping to the cafe staff, amazing. I would definitely come back here if I am at Cologne. The location is central to all the Xmas markets. Room is comfortable and clean.

Great little studio apartment perfect for a couple. Great bed and excellent shower. Bit of a squeeze means that breakfast facilities a bit light in. 8 minute walk to U Bahn and straight into old town. Area is a bit average but made a good home base.

Location very close to a train station (2 min walk) with direct access to the city center, in a maximum of 20 minutes. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa, spacious, chic and very well furnished, very clean, with separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, very discreet host. Strongly recommended.

The place was easy to locate and they were incredibly nice. They allowed me to do an early check-in, which was a lifesaver. Both the host and the person who cleaned rooms were kind and available. I went just the one day; but I'm saving the place in case I come back in the future.

We used this lovely apartment for our family trip to Cologne, the place had everything we needed. The location was perfect with a Metro stop just 5mins walk. The host was also exceptional and gave us lots of information on our trip. Would highly recommend.
