Lutz and his wife, both, were very kind and attentive. They made me and my sun feel safe and cared for. The room was small but well equipped. All details were wel considered, we had everything we need.

The breakfast was very good, we did not miss anything, the location of the hotel is perfect for the visitors of the fair. Only the room was quite small, so sometime you stuggle where to put stuff :-) , but it was very clean and comfortable.

This is the best place I've stayed in so far in Köln. Right in front of Lanxess Arena, not far from the center (30 min walk to the main train station). Very comfortable, quiet and with an amazing included breakfast (both the place and buffet are awesome)
