Easy check-in and great breakfast

Great hotel in a great location

Lovely and comfortable room. Ours was equipped with a balcony with a view of the Dom, which was a really nice surprise. The bed was also very comfortable.

Good location, friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, comfortable room that has clearly been recently refurbished. Excellent value for money.

Best stay I've had in Cologne, they checked me in early and I could do a one hour late checkout free of charge, staff is wonderful. Will only stay here in the future. Location and services for the price are fantastic

A very stylis, modern and cosy hotel in superb location. Spacious room and comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The hotel is lovated in a very quiet residential area near a tram station to the center of the city. The staff is very friendly, they helped us with everything and gave us a lot of useful information for locations. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is wonderful. We arrived quite late for the check-in, but they welcomed us and prepared dinner for us in the restaurant. Thank you, we will visit you again!

The rooms were nice, heating was working very well and staff was nice when we needed. The location was good, tram station was about 7 minutes walk and train station was about 15 minutes walk. We went during Christmas Markets' period, so we had a free bus in P22, a parking right next to the hotel, that was taking us to Heumarkt. We didn't opt for breakfast to be included. Parking was 17 EUR/day, in an underground parking, very safe and with direct access in the hotel.

Quick and smooth check-in very late at night. Friendly staff, very clean, excellent value for money. Warmly recommended!

For this price and location, I'd say the hotel is a perfect choice for the one night stay. It is clean, it was easy to access the building and the room (I got clear instructions via email) even in the middle of the night (so not having someone in the reception is not an issue as for me). Yes, there is no elevator (I was lucky to get a room on the 1st floor) and no wifi but in my case I really didn't care of it.

Everything ,room big and clean.

Nice,clean, warm, easy access.

24/7 ever ready to attend to you friendly customer care service, very good locaton close to train stations, bus stops, airport, self check- in through your e-mail and get your room and code to enter before check - in time-

Good location near Deutz-Bahnhoff. The hotel is very clean, our room was very spatious. The bed is really very comfortable and die douvets are high quality. This time we didn't have time to eat breakfast, but radisson usually has really good breakfast.

Everything was perfect, perfect location if you visit the City for Fair, fantastic, clean Hotel, very good breakfast!

Very comfortable hotel, really great feeling. Excellent breakfast - quite nice choice, but not overdone. Very friendly stuff.

Clean and modern, right beside the train station

Close to the trade fair. Very stylish hotel.

The breakfast is excellent and they even accommodate our schedule to start the breakfast slight earlier than normal. Great hospitality.

Lutz and his wife, both, were very kind and attentive. They made me and my sun feel safe and cared for. The room was small but well equipped. All details were wel considered, we had everything we need.
