Me and my friend were on a short stay for the weekend and the place exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, and it was everything that was presented on the pictures. The hotel is easy accessible by tram and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.

It was a business trip to Cologne and we decided to stay at the B-Chill Hotel because of all the good reviews we had seen on booking.com. After staying three nights I can say well deserved, from the moment we checked in we felt at home, the rooms were clean and well designed, microwave, coffee machine and a beautiful bathroom. the reception was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable, thank you Mr Zahin.

I arrived very tired and late at the hotel (work related) and got by surprise upgraded to a very nice room with a great open view. The man at the counter on top offered to open the summer terrace where we had a marvelous view on the Dome. This was the best hotel experience I have had in years of intense travel. Working in marketing I realised once again it is not only about design, the personal has the key to success and can make guests really feel welcome. Super thx for the nice treatment, felt like a queen!
