Rendkívül segítőkész személyzet, rugalmasan kezelték, hogy későn érkeztünk és kérésünkre korai (7:15) reggelit biztosítottak. A reggeli bőséges és ízletes volt. A 3 személyes szoba egészen tágas volt, több konnektorral felszerelt, minden tiszta. Az ágyak kifejezetten kényelmesek voltak. Mivel Kölnben nem könnyű utcán parkolni nagy előny volt a hotel saját parkolója, melyet előre foglaltunk náluk. A 9 eurós parkolási díj jónak mondható. Kérdéseinkre 24 órán belül és nagyon kedvesen válaszoltak.

A reggeli vàltozatos, sokfèle vàlasztèkkal. A villamos nèhány mèterre volt a szàllàstól. A szemèlyzet, recepciós nagyon segítôkèsz, kèszsèges ès kedves, figyelmes volt.
