From the moment we got there right up to our departure - the friendliness and kindness from the staff was exceptional. Clay and the crew were very accommodating with our early arrival and late departure. I love the feel of the hotel and its location is very close to the train station and perfectly located to the shopping and site seeing. They gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and how to get around. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean and well-furnished, beds were comfy. There is also a beautiful garden area. We had the warmest welcome I think we've ever had to a Hotel. This immediately helped us to relax & for me, calm down, after dragging a suitcase over cobbles from the train station! The room had ample places to put belongings. The bathroom was compact but had everything we needed. This Hotel has an outstanding breakfast! Honestly...sooooo good! Each staff member was friendly, helpful & welcoming. The location was excellent. I would very happily stay here again.

It was clearly an historical home converted into an hotel! The property was clean, well presented and so close to the city centre! If it wasn’t for the wind I would have probably been able to reach the centre in 15 minutes!
