Breakfast is excellent, Italian restaurant in the hotel is great. Beautiful garden with the terrace, all facilities very clean and tidy, polite staff and very nice, calm, surrounding.

Hotel is the most clean that i’ve been. Breakfast buffet was small, but lot of things to eat. Staff was very veey friendly. There was also free parking. It’s not located at the city centre, but loaction was good.

The guest house with a small barbecue area is located about 4 km from the historic centre of Dresden. The useful tram line 7 goes directly to Dresden Hauptbahnhof from W.I.P. Welt im Park.

Everything was well equipped and cosy ! Pasta and spices in the kitchen with every ustensiles you would need. In the bathroom, soap, shampoo, hairbrush, hair dryer and even toothpaste ! It was a very lovely stay, would recommend.
