Very nice and clean hotel in a quiet area, city center was easily accessible my tram in about 20 minutes. We traveled with a dog and the dog was welcome, but there was a 15 € pet fee for him. We asked for a late check out and had the room until 4pm, that cost 20€ extra. The Turkish guy ay the reception was super helpful and nice, and spoke good English. Downstairs there is an excellent Greek restaurant and next door there is a nice bakery to get fresh bred in the morning.
