The property is close to main railway station. It’s well maintained and clean. First time in my life housekeeping supervisor asked me whether they did a good job in cleaning. Really good and helpful staff. Also morning breakfast was good.

The Hotel was very well maintained and the staff at the reception was very nice and friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good with many options and a live kitchen to choose the egg type we wanted. The main lady at the breakfast hall was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 2-3 minutes walk to the main train station from where local public transport is within 50 meters. The sauna facility was a big plus. It was good value for money

This family-run, 4-star hotel is located close to the heart of Düsseldorf, in a central and quiet location near the Volksgarten park.

We booked a room only, the service was fantastic from the Reception Desk right through to the cleaners.. It's a nice clean, comfy hotel, with trams, buses and trains within 3-5 or so minutes walking distance from the hotel.. A Netto, Rewe and Lidls just up the road if you need anything.. It's such a friendly hotel who really help towards making your stay a pleasant experience. You also get free public transport around Dusseldorf including going Duisburg and Essen

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the shower worked great. The location is very convenient, it’s just a short walk from the train station. Be aware that the surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe at night, so it’s best to stay cautious if you’re walking around after dark.

This hotel offers modern rooms and free WiFi in the Oberbilk district of Düsseldorf city center. A bus / tram stop is located right outside of the hotel.
