This is a novel style of accommodation, maybe not suiting all tastes but I was very impressed. The self-contained apartment had everything I needed, everything was new and of high quality in good condition. For the price it was really excellent value for money. The location is perfect, a short walk (1 minute !) from Bahnhof Altona. I also really liked the fact that there wasn't a dealing cleaning schedule by default.

The room was big, very clean and had everything we needed . The sofa opened to a bed so we could sleep in two different beds as well. The location was 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 min walk from where we had the conference.

I loved the location! I just walked out of my room to catch a train to everywhere! Food and shopping right below the hotel.

Location, stuff, maintanance, breakfast, housekeeping, restaurants and bars - all worked perfectly! Quite pricey - but it is exactly the case you get what you pay for.

Clean, cozy and great staff. Location a 5 minute walk from train station. Breakfast was great with everything you need. coffee station at lobby. An old school turned into a modern hotel with school decor all over. Tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was free.

The service was exceptional. Justina and her colleague Fabian made us feel welcome and was very helpful and professional. The location is excellent. While in the Old Town section, the S-Baun stop is literally across the street. It is two stops to the main rail station and two stops the other direction for the harbor which is the hub for many tourist attractions. Less than a block behind the hotel are two good restaurants. The hotel itself has a lavish formal resturant. The hotel is like a palace inside and out, being an adaption of a government building from the early 1900s. No two guest rooms are alike and have unique layouts and designs. The room included a combined washer/dryer in addition to a free laundry room. The tasteful sauna includes a changing room, cool-down relaxation room, and gym. When you take into account all the free extras, service, location, and architecture, it was well worth any slight premium.

Dating back to the 19th-century, this partially renovated 4-star hotel offers rooms with free WiFi and flat-screen TVs.

The Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg is a great choice. Wonderful location in front of the lake but also walking distance from the central train station. Rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. What made the difference was the young staff: high customer orientation and always willing to help and find solutions to our requests. We strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to have a memorable experience in Hamburg.
