The best thing for us was that we were so lucky to be able to check in earlier than official check in tome! We had such an early morning flight and a day packed with social engagements so the extra hour sleep was amazing - big thanks to the reception team! Breakfast was very good. The staff went beyond expectations to accommodate our family for a special birthday breakfast. Room had everything we needed, especially the fridge with freezer compartment. The lobby was a wonderful place to meet and greet people. The bar tender was super nice and took good care of us. If you had any questions, the front desk would pay immediate attention to help you.

The apartment was great as it had great cooking facilities, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It had everything we needed for our stay. If you need the laundry, it’s in the basement of the apartment complex. The location was great as it was close to where a friend was living, the supermarket were a few minutes away and it was quick to get into the centre of Hamburg by train. The train is a few minutes walk away.
