The design of the hotel is just beautiful. As we are both animal-lovers, we felt right at home. It's just so lovely, such a thoughtful creation and so well cared for. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place. The service was very helpful, very very nice. Rooms very clean, breakfast delicious.

There was a little issue with the booking, but it was handled very professionally and with CARE. Human errors happening but the management took appropriate action to our full satisfaction.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Love the neighbourhood. I’d stay here again any time I’m visiting Hamburg.

The best thing for us was that we were so lucky to be able to check in earlier than official check in tome! We had such an early morning flight and a day packed with social engagements so the extra hour sleep was amazing - big thanks to the reception team! Generally all great: location, staff, facilities and cleanliness.

Modern spacious apartment. Very quiet as the rooms are sound proof. Walking distance from a station and a supermarket. Staff from the Moxy are really friendly and helpful. (We collected ice from them every evening)
