We booked the apartment for three nights. We panicked a little climbing the piss-stinking stairs (of the main house) but then a sparklingly clean wonderland of glittering kitsch was revealed. The beds were very comfortable, and it was an enormous amount of space for the price. The decor is simply [chef's kiss] for a stay on the Reeperbahn. The front door faces onto the main strip, and you can watch the parade of revelry go by directly under your nose, but when the dividing door between the living room and hallway is closed, the loudest Saturday party noise is completely gone. The bedroom and balcony face into a quiet courtyard. For ten euro a day, you can park in the garage under the house. The staff were easily reachable and very helpful. The city is totally walkable and everything was easy to reach on foot from here. We won't stay anywhere else in Hamburg!

Very comfortable family room with 2 double beds which was hard to find in Europe (most family rooms have a sofa bed or bunk beds) Hotel was on a quiet street even though it was a short walk away from Reeperbahn. Easily accessible by bus from the train station. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also fabulous - and included eggs to order. They offered us a complimentary drink in lieu of housekeeping which we opted for - and I had the best wine from Beaumont Family Wines - wines that they exclusively import to Germany, in their cozy dining area. The gentleman at the front desk whose name I now forget, suggested an Italian restaurant Giovanni right opposite the hotel, which was one of the best meals we had on our 21 day trip! Highly recommend. Absolutely delightful stay and I wish I could have stayed longer.

For a location right in the Reeperbahn, it was very nice and clean. Alas, I was there for business not the wild scene and I was concerned about noise. But, apartment is quite, very safe, and still lots of good resturants around. Very easy from tram station. Stayed with my daughter and it worked out very well.

My rating is based on their experience but what i can confirm is that the owner of the place was extremely nice and helpful since i was i contact with her as well.

Great preservation of original parts of hotel. Pub was fun except no pub food. Restaurant good food and service.

My band and I stayed here while playing the Reeperbahn Festival, outstanding location right on the Reeperbahn. Great lobby bar with a great little patio. We were a group of five so a twin room and triple room was perfect for us, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly, even let me check in early as one of our rooms was ready. Can’t say enough good things!!!
