In order to get the key code there was an online check in to complete. No big deal, just watch your messages. I couldn't get the link so I had to have them email me directly. That worked. Host was responsive in a timely manner. There was an option to reserve a parking spot for 20 Euros, we did not ask in time. We parked at the Atos Clinic which was the building next door. It was 25 Euros for overnight. My husband and I had our own room with a queen sized bed with a nice wardrobe for our clothes. Our son slept on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Everything was spacious and clean.

A lovely hotel and ticked all the boxes. An easy walk to the train station and not far from the town, shops and Christmas markets. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious with a small desk, a table and a couple of chairs also provided. Bathroom was good size also. The lady on the front desk was very friendly and deserves a gold star. Went over and beyond to welcome us and asked us about our stay when we checked out. She also gave some suggestions where to eat in the town and a restaurant suggested was great. We were very appreciative. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would certainly stay there again when visiting Heidelberg.

I stayed in a 5 bed room for 2 nights. The first night I had the whole room for myself. The room was clean and comfortable. The showers were across the hall and the toilet down the hall. Facilities were clean. There's a kitchen where one can cook and they offer free tea and coffee. Towel was 1 euro which is very reasonable. The hostel is minutes from the train station and a little far away from the old city center but is well connected by public transportation.

This 4-star superior hotel provides large, air-conditioned rooms, free WiFi, a fitness center and a spa.

The hotel is located in the old town of city center so can get wherever easily, the staffs here are very friendly, the room included a breakfast is very nice, get a lot of options for food, and room itself is very clean and cozy. Recommend!
