Sometimes you enter an apartment and you immediatly feel at home. This was such an occassion. The apartment was clean, cosy, spotless, extremely well maintained, good utilities, private parking (extra payment), good beds. Even extra toothbrush, coffee and small details were taken care off. You don't hear the sound of the street in front at all. The city center is just around the corner, just as public transport to other highlights of Kassel.

Nice location, quite easy parking with the instructions. Located 2 floors up but very nice and easy stairs. Very spacious and modern equipment, everything was nice and clean. Very very central location buth with windows closed not that much noise from the city center at night. Floor heating in the bathroom. Very welcome for traveling with (well behaved) dogs.

The apartment is perfectly located and easy to reach. Check-in was smooth and the hosts responded quickly and gave us great tips. It’s great value for money, especially for six guests—hard to find a better price. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

the rooms were spacious and very clean. all facilities we needed were available, even cleaning materials like dishwashing tabs, were provided for. It is very well-located, walking distance to both the main train station and shopping area.
