The location of the hotel is good, close to Altstadt and shopping district, but also quite easy if you want to drive out of the city. The breakfast was pretty good, even though there are no hot options. Gluten free bread was provided when asked, and without asking the following mornings. Our luggage did not arrive with us on our flight, and as it was a Sunday no shops were open. But the reception staff helpfully provided us with toothbrushes, toothpaste and a phone charger so we managed until next morning.

The location, staff, and building were amazing! We were lucky enough to get a room on the 4th floor and a private parking garage. I definitely felt like a VIP.

We were admired by the room features. It is very comfortable, spacious and pleasant. The bed was stupendous, the mattress having the right toughness. A kettle and two cups were already in the room, so we needn't ask for them. The staff members were extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The cheese was very tasty as well as the scrambled eggs. The orange juice is also particularly good.

Perfect location close to the bus/train station and the city centre. There is a supermarket around the corner. Staff were super lovely and also gave us some tips to enjoy the city. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Great value for what you pay.

Everything was amazing, clean and provided. There was not one thing missing at all. The property took all of our requests and made sure everything was provided. Cutlery, bed sheets, towels, fruits everything was top quality. The cleaner amelia I think her name was, was also very lovely and respectful. We will definitely be booking again.
