Exactly how a real three star hotel should be! The room very nice and spacious, clean and simple but elegant. Excellent location. Convenient parking under the hotel. The price is a bit high, 98€ for the night plus 15€ for the whole day parking. Ok for a short stay but it would be too much for more days. Koblenz as a town a bit disappointing. Described as one of the most beautiful towns in Germany, seemed pretty typical German town, so we were not tempted to stay longer.
But the hotel was very nice indeed.
This family-run hotel is located directly on the River Rhine Promenade, in the centre of Koblenz.

Room was fine. Didn't have breakfast. Lovely hotel. Stayed before. Handy for Koblenz Hbf.
Beautiful city.
And, because I got a ticket for the Germany v Scotland Euro 2024 game 2 days later, what was supposed to be my last night of my holiday had to be extended for 2 nights. The hotel very kindly let me leave my suitcase with them as I only needed a small overnight bag for the next 2 days.

The city is very clean, full of activities.
The city is very clean, full of activities. There are many historical castels. The sights along the Rhine and Mosel rivers are very beautiful. However, it is not easy to rent a bike and return it at another place. The Rhein Bike is a good example, yet there are too few such bikes and too few parking places. For the bike tour from Koblenz to another city in the nearby, this is rather inconvenient.

Koblenz is a bustling city situated where the Rhine and Mosel meet. The combined sightseeing tour of a 70-minute boat trip and a ride in the cable car to the castle for 24 Euros was good value. The old city is mostly pedestrianised, and there is an abundance of eating and drinking locations.

The old town is very charismatic and walkable.
The old town is very charismatic and walkable. Also there is a cable car which takes you to a castle on the opposite side of the river. One frustration, for us, was trying to find a German restaurant. Plenty of Italian and other nationalities, but very difficult to find a German restaurant in the Old Town area. Koblenz appears to be popular with river cruises and we believe offers day cruises "in season". We did find one "hidden gem" in the Old Town, Wirthaus am Huhnermarkt. Without a doubt, they serve the best Wiener Schnitzel we have ever had.

Clean, everything in really good condition and nicely decorated, really well equipped including thoughtful extras like spare charging cables. Host was very friendly and able to suggest places to eat. Free parking at property. Two supermarkets within two minutes walk. Very near bus route to old town. Bed comfy. Kitchen well equipped.
A short 5-10 minute walk to the station, another 5-10 minutes to the old town and German corner.
Very clean, looks new or recently refurbished. Good facilities for self catering with good oven, full size fridge, toaster and kettle, etc.
TV with lots of channels and netflix, although not too many channels in English
Nice family-run hotel perfectly situated at the Rhine, close to the old Town and the sightseeing. From the outside or doesn't look special, but the interior is recently renovated. The rooms are clean and functional. The breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Very convenient location close to the station - a little away from the old town and major attractions and restaurants, but those are within a 10-20 minute walk. Comfortable modern hotel, very good breakfast. Koblenz is an excellent base for exploring the Moselle and Rhine valleys.
The old town was very accesible via the promenade along the moselle. Also easy parking around the hotel . Fast and easy check in , and the first hotel who checked our vaccinations , nice.
