The hotel is simply delightful. It has everything you could possibly need to feel that every detail was thoughtfully designed for your comfort, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting. The staff are wonderful – efficient, friendly, and always welcoming with a warm smile. We were especially grateful to Alisa, who went above and beyond to print our travel documents for us, and to Arlette, who was exceptionally kind and patient, providing us with all the information we needed with a warm and genuine attitude. The design is a rich blend of retro and modern, crafted with incredible attention to detail. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would gladly return again and again. I only had breakfast there, but it felt like sitting in a cozy café with personal service. This is genuinely a pampering hotel, and it’s worth reading what others have to say about it as well.

Excelllent location right in the central of Mainz. The host was very friendly and we got a free upgrade. The room was very spacious and we love it. Secured parking was 25 euro, a little pricey but it was gated and very convenient. We will stay here again if we visit Mainz in the future. Lovely hotel!
