We liked everything about this place. The rooms and building has so much charm. The location was incredible being next to Englischer Gardens, 10 minutes from Schwabing and the U bahn and across the street from the best restaurant/ bier garden. Having a parking spot was also a huge plus.

very responsive and detailed information provided on parking, location and access. Contact less check in and check out is easy and convenient. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Metro is easily accessible by walking. The apartment is clean, spacious, and kitchen ware is sufficient.

For a solo traveler like I was, the room was very comfortable and had all the functions I needed. A nice and big shower, a nespresso machine with a few capsules available, a tv set with a good selection of channels, a generous breakfast (paid separately) and, very importantly, at a very short walking distance from the concert venue.

We check in on 13th Aug and the Lady was so nice, she helped us to find the room even earlier before the usual check in time , we were so tired after the road trip so that meant a lot!!
