This hotel is so beautiful! The receptionists were suoer kind and friendly and check in and out was a lively experience. I loved my room and it was really quiet with a soundproof door to the street. There are many places to relax and drink coffee and tea. I had an earky flight so a breakfast box was madefor me with a sandwich fruit, water and a protein bar. I wish j couls stay longer!

Amazing views of the city and mountains. The property has beautiful historical architecture and is decorated with great artworks everywhere. The staff was attentive and the food in the restaurant was very good. It is a short and inexpensive taxi ride to the historic city center with many sights and other great restaurants. La Vid Restaurante (overlooking the Plaza Grande) was recommended by the hotel and it was excellent.

Everything was really good, specially the attention that we get from Gloria and Hernan, they made us feel at home and helped us with every detail of the trip, including an excellent tour around the historical center by Hernan, who knows a lot of history of the city and the Ecuadorian culture. The Hotel is good located, it is in a quiet traditional neighborhood within the historical center and we felt safe during our stay. We highly recommend this Hotel and their hosts.
