The hotel, beach, service, food - everything was amazing. We loved sandy beaches a lot, especially kids enjoyed it. People working there are also very attentive, Christine from customer service was very helpful, the staff working in restaurants, bars were very professional. I got sore throat from AC and thanks to special tea made by Alaa at the bar I got better soon. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Christine, staff at reception, restaurants, chef of the restaurant at the beach, staff at the bars, beach, staff driving carts etc. for making the trip so memorable. A super apartment, very comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen made our stay perfect for a good sleep. A short walk to the jetty along the shore beside the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. Everything was perfect. We really appreciated the late check out before our flight. Mahmoud was very helpful and always easy to communicate with, arranging a taxi and providing local information.

The staff was more than friendly we absolutely enjoyed our short but wonderful stay at sentido. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back!! We couldn’t believe the level of hospitality we experienced. At no point did we ever feel uncomfortable the staff made sure every little wish of ours was fulfilled with Bravour! The food at the buffet was also super diverse and tasty they had a lot of different cuisines and also lots of vegan options too. It was very clean at all times the decor was also beautiful and very thought through. It was a very boutique hotel like experience! This penthouse was absolutely stunning – spacious, modern, and clean, with the most breath-taking sea and golf course views I have ever seen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, better than any hotel we’ve stayed in! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony with the pool table was our favourite spot to relax. The host was very kind and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to checkout. We loved the peaceful location and the beach access. We rented a golf car and utilised the private maid and private chef services which was very reasonably priced. We also got a day pass to the local gym and trained with Ibrahim, who is an amazing personal trainer and holds many records in Egypt. A truly unforgettable stay — we’ll definitely be back!
