The hotel is simply classy. You feel it from the entrance to the lobby. Personnel is highly professional and helpful. Very good breakfast, quality products. Service is excellent! Facilities are new and sparkling clean. The room is large. Garage parking (lift is used, so in case of a long car - contact reception in advance to ensure your car fits into the elevator). Gym available. Area is super safe, as nearby is the ministry of internal affairs, and the neighbourhood is watched by the police. Overall, we had a really good stay, worth the money you pay.

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful from the very first day — they really made my first stay feel easy and comfortable. I was allowed an early check-in, which helped a lot. The property respects privacy, everything is well organized, and the bathroom was very convenient with no waiting at all. The room has beautiful traditional Spanish-style windows and small balconies that open wide, full of charm and natural light. The location is excellent and very convenient.
