Due to unexpected emergencies, we had to change our entire schedule in Europe and change or cancel many hotel bookings. We didn’t hold much hope here, because all hotels we talked to before declined our request. Just to try, we submitted the request online to Kramer to shorten our stay from two nights to one night. Surprisingly the staff immediately modified our booking for free and refund one night’s accommodation fee. We were so nicely surprised and grateful because this was the first good thing that happened to us on this trip after all the chaos and chores. Obviously the staff here are very focused on customer satisfaction instead of just wanting the money. It really saved our mood for this holiday in Europe. The hotel itself is in great location, right next to a shopping mall and public transportation. With a few bus stops, you’ll be in city center. It’s also quite new and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here if we come to Valencia again. And we recommend it to all friends and families who plan to visit Valencia!

This hotel is purely amazing. Excellent value for money and well maintained. About a 10 minute walk from El Carmen. Close to many bus stops. Near the center but not quite in it. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. There is a good view if you are on upper floors. Cleaned daily. The breakfast is awesome. A lot of choice and every single thing is of a really high quality. I can highlight the mini-sausages, bacon and all the cakes and tarts. An orange fresh juicy machine is also available. The staff is awesome - really polite, helpful and always doing something - helping visitors, cleaning tables, making sure the breakfast buffet is full. You can leave your luggage in a storage there if you arrive early or leave late.
