The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the cleaning lady and the gentleman at the office who assisted us with our bags on the day we checked out.

Phenomenal place! Excellent staff and superb rooms. I can highly recommend it and will definitely come back. The bed was excellent. It was really luxurious.

Location, ease of entry codes, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, coffee maker, good bathroom. All excellent.

The property was very clean, all the furnishings were new, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. It is also located very close to the city center, which made everything easily accessible.

Wow! We were looking for somewhere central to stay and use as our base in Valencia for this visit. In the old historic area. The problem was we wanted to have a car for travelling outside the city and parking in Valencia is very difficult. We found this amazing new studio apartment WITH SECURE PARKING... what a find !. 20 metres from the apartment there is a parking garage provided, at no extra cost, right in the city centre. The Studio is ground floor and HIUGE. 2 big LED TV's. Full kitchen, including washing machine and a purified water dispenser. An enormous double bed and a sofa bed in a separate living area. We found a fridge with FREE CAVA and a selection of wonderful food treats. We were sure they would be extra BUT THEY WERE INCLUDED in the price. Result ! There is a supermarket around the corner and the amazing Valencia Market is a short walk away along with all the restaurants and bars and shops. The beautiful (and free) botanic gardens are just at the top of the street. If you don't have a car then all the public transport is nearby. I am sure this must be the only holiday apartment ( which is as big as our apartment at home) with secure free parking. The accommodation standard is like a 5 star hotel and for the price it is incredible value. This place must be new to the website because we never saw it when we booked before. This is our new place to stay in Valencia and we have booked to come back in the summer again already..... This is the best. BTW. The host knows all the best places to eat and drink so make sure you get recommendations from them. This place is even better than the pictures. I wish I took a picture of the bread and traditional Spanish breakfast items they gave us ...... but we were hungry and ate them when we got there :-)

Clean spacious studio apartment. Good communication with host. Good location - walking distance to major tourist attractions. Well stuffed kitchen.
