Beautiful little apartment with everything you need. Close to everything and only a few minutes walk to the beach and old nice. Wonderful host too

Situated in Nice and only 600 metres from Bains Militaires Beach, Balcon du Mont Boron features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We liked everything.Great host, great apartment, in a great area. Beautiful seaview from the balcony, and we enjoyed the lovely quiet pool as well. The old town, and the promenade is just a nice walk away. We can highly recommend to stay there.

This was our second time to stay in the apartment and it did not disappoint. The layout is really good, it is very spacious and comfortable and the best part is that the apartment is on the top floor (4th) and has an amazing terrace that gets the sun all day long. We dealt with Josephine and Valentin from Riviera Homes, they were great and always available if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning next year.

The Apartment has the most stunning vista over the whole of Nice. Although there is no balcony, we had breakfast every morning with the windows open taking in the views. The whole apartment was clean, and comfortable. The modern kitchen had everything you could need for self-catering. That makes a refreshing change, and for foodies like us, it is essential! Alexandra was helpful and informative at our arrival, departure and during our stay, ensuring everything was ok. Overall, we had the most wonderful stay!

Very nice and clean apartment, has everything you need and in a good neighbourhood. Short walk to the city center and there was a nice bakery down the street, it was perfect!
