Very nice, clean, cozy and comfortable apartment, with everything you need for your stay! Located in the heart of the old city, walking distance from restaurants, shops, supermarkets and public transport. The host was very nice and easy to talk to. Very precise and detailed instructions for check in. The location is perfect. It’s 20minutes walk or 3 stops by L1 from train station. It’s in the center of old town area with all kinds of restaurants, shops but in a quiet place. MOST IMPORTANTLY, just 3 minutes walk TO THE BEACH. The room is exactly the same as picture show, a lovely decorated apartment. When we arrived the AC was already turned on in advance and made us so comfortable when we checked in. There is even umbrella for beach and delicious snacks, small cakes and several drinks provided. In all, this is really the perfect for a period of summer vacation in Nice. I would definitely book here again if I come again.

Perfect Location in Old Town!! We were able to walk to the market for fresh bread, fruits,and vegetables. Also we’re able to get croissants, grab espresso etc . Everything is very accessible. We loved the big kitchen !!! It’s nice to be able to have room for food, ice, veggies etc. also can grab a car, Uber, or Bolt .
