The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable for my 3 night stay. And I especially appreciated the snack bar in the foyer and the complementary mini bar in the room.

NorwayAmazing hotel for a stay in Paris! Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely french balcony. Breakfast was great but had a lot less greens than I’m used to, which seemed to be replaced by a large selection of pastries (how very french of them).
Plus points for the coffee/tea/snack buffet that they have every day from 2pm! We really loved it here and I can not recommend this hotel enough :-)

- The staff is kind and helpful, they welcomed us warmly.
- The breakfast was amazing, it was like having a meal at someone's home as well as the price was reasonable. Pastry was delicious. Special thanks to Alexandra who made our breakfast even more cozy.
- The room is perfectly equipped with everything one needs: a few pillows to choose, wardrobe with enough space, shelves, a tea station, a make-up mirror with jewellery storage, complimentary water, silent air conditioning, hooks near the door and in the bathroom, enough space in the bathroom for cosmetics, various lightning scenarios, big mirror, a bathrobe and slippers. The surrounding is very silent and we had the room overlooking the inner yard. We could leave the keys at the reception for our comfort every time we leaved.
- The location is great, just near the Opera Garnier. There are a few good bistro and places for branch nearby, as well it's reasonable distance from all the main sights.

AustraliaThe staff - Michael, Naja & the rest of the team were exceptional. I’d mentioned I was coming there along with my two daughters & their partners celebrating my 65th birthday. When I went into my room I was surprised to see gold balloons and a sign saying “Happy 65th Birthday”.
Also the facilities were very good - neat clean & tidy. Good mattresses, good pillows, enough hanging hooks, enough power points, the room was re-stocked with fresh bubbly water, plain water and Pepsi & Diet Pepsi - which was complementary.
At reception there was an area where one could sit & relax with a chess set & coffee facilities (good coffee too) with some fruit, croissants, lollies etc.
But the significant difference with anywhere else I’ve been is the service.
Would totally recommend this place & when I revisit Paris I will stay here again
