I felt as though I was staying at a friends. Beautiful old house. I had a single room at the top up past the hall with it grand window. When I arrived the house I was greeted by a very friendly Sylvia. She showed me to my room which was so warm and clean. It had everything I needed including an amazing power shower in the cute little bathroom. I loved the reception room downstairs with its big table and the little kitchenette where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, biscuits, toast, cereal and fruits. They had their own Spotify radio station playing which gave a nice atmosphere and there is a good selection of games and books for guests to use. The property is just outside of the main city but has great links by tram or bus to get back in easily and even an Uber is very cheap. You can also walk into the city in around 45 minutes or do what I did which was walk up the Waterways of Leith, the river which winds its way along towards, I followed it to Dean Village. The property has a Co-Op across the road so you can buy anything you need and it also has several takeaways nearby. I also loved meeting Eric who was so helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to people.

Everything was wonderful , including the laundry which was located downstairs. It was an easy walk to the tram, which took us directly into the central area of Endinburgh, it then went straight to the airport.

The staff was very helpful, fast and kind in answering our questions. The room was simply beautiful and clean, and it had everything we needed. I found this stay very comfy and I was sorry to leave!

Stylish and has a boutique vibe. Love the decor and location. Well equipped with utensils, towels, extra bedding, tea, coffee, sugar etc. great lounge area to chill out in with comfy sofas and chairs. Sofa bed was also comfortable.
