The location was well placed for us, and it was easy to jump on the main tram. I cannot emphasize this enough. We should have stayed more nights. For the same price as some central accomodations you get to sleep on a boat. Cleanliness was top notch, and everything on the ship was well put together and design wise spoke to each other. Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast area is beautiful. The bathroom looks amazing. You will not see such tiling in real buildings.

The apartment is very clean and bright. The big windows in the dining room enable us enjoy the beautiful sunshine and overview. It looks even better than the photos. One bonus is its location, which is just on the seaside. It let us have a great opportunity to explore the Newhaven area and the amazing sunset. The bus station is quite Close and it's easy to get access to the city center. As a family with two young children, we are very pleased with this accommodation.

Hosts were amazing - helpful and kind and nothing too much bother. The location was incredible!! Views across to Forth bridge and the cityscape, green park outside the apartment, 24 hour huge grocery store within ten minutes walk, bus stop literally across the street, and tram also very accessible. Would happily stay here again 😊

The place was very cosy. I would like to highlight that the bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was spotless, as were the towels. Most importantly, our host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. They even showed us around the city and recommended food worth trying. If I were to travel to Scotland again, I would definitely stay at Joao property. I truly miss that time.

Stylish and has a boutique vibe. Love the decor and location. Well equipped with utensils, towels, extra bedding, tea, coffee, sugar etc. great lounge area to chill out in with comfy sofas and chairs. Sofa bed was also comfortable.
