Room was nicely upgraded, very clean, & the TV coming out of the end of the bed was a nice touch. Great little bar attached, we noticed that all the tables were reserved so must be good food. We were meeting friends elsewhere.

I stayed in a standard double room for four nights. Room was very comfortable, very warm and you can control the temperature as you want. In addition, room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast was amazing and has a variety of choices, a very delicious Scottish breakfast. Hotel was built in the 17th century and resembles a castle. Furthermore, there is a bus stop just next to the hotel if you want to go up to the centre. Reception staff were very friendly and kind. And finally, they have a very cute cat, called MAGNIS and stays in the reception most of the time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved staying here, the Dog house has so many different quirky extras that make it feel like so much more than a hotel. This hotel was absolutely wonderful! I was expecting an average experience, but everything was perfect. The staff at reception were incredibly kind and helpful, they even assisted with storing my luggage before check-in, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and tours. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. The bus station is right in front, and there are both a bus and tram station just 3 minutes away for easy access to the airport. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. Thank you!
