The design and decor - there were real candle lit in the foyer and Jacks and the restaurant which gave it a great feel
The staff - The front desk staff were super friendly
The food was incredible and the Jacks Bar staff and cocktails were exceptional!

The room was a spacious room with a very cute view of the streets on Glasgow, the staff were super welcoming and helpful. The info given on breakfast, check in and out were clear. Breakfast was a lovely experience and the location of the motel was right in the heart of Glasgow, walking distance for many takeaways, shops and pubs/restaurants.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It has a great location in the city and was right next to the train station. Maria helped us check in and was very kind in recommending food and activities. We tried the breakfast which had a variety of options and was really good.
