Cosy, nice clean rooms and fabulous staff. The location is perfect and gives you easy access to buses, tubes, fabulous restaurants and cafes, museums and parks. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend it! 👌

When we arrived, the property was very beautiful with a lot of great artworks and decorations. It was clean and comfortable, and we felt really happy and lucky. However, just a little later, we found that the freezer was covered in ice and unusable, the stovetop was not working, and later discovered the washing machine was full of clothes. I tried to contact the management, but they responded very late and told me they will send someone over to look the next day. And we were checking out the next day. It was really disappointing and unprofessional.
