I had an extremely traumatic journey to get to London with some shocking events occurring and I was very triggered as both my parents were killed in an aircraft 29 years ago. To arrive at your hotel and be made to feel so welcome and cared for was exactly the healing I needed. The woman who made me feel welcome ( I can't remember her name) I think she was the Manager made me feel so welcome was amazing.

Conveniently set in London, art'otel London Hoxton provides a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Well set in the Hackney district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as a sauna.

Room was huge, and so well equipped. Gorgeous touches like the different lighting settings, the electric blinds. The design of everything is so considered. Bathroom was great. Bed was so so comfy. Staff were all lovely. Enjoyed the pool and steam/sauna. Restaurant was good too. The perfect hotel!

We loved it! Where to start… Personnel was super bice and polite. Room was moder and tidy, maybe a bit small, but that’s not so important. We had a nice view on the London modern centre of bank district. That brings me to the best thing about this hotel which is the location. It is very conveniently close to the centre (walk to the Tower bridge can take roughly 25min) and the surrounding area is very modern and safe. We didn’t had a chance to try breakfast there but one evening e went for a dinner to the hotel restaurant and it was very nice but bit expensive. Overall definitely wewe are going to choose this hotel for our next stay in London.

Absolutely great for the price point. The room was smallish, but a perfectly comfortable size for a short stay, and it had everything we could need and more. Kitchen facilities and food/drink provision are really excellent, hope it stays that way as I'll keep returning if so! Comfy bed, very convenient location, clear instructions given before arrival.

The room is above a pub, but you don't hear any norse. Its very cosy and calm. The staff is super friendly and nice. The breakfast is fantastic, everything you need. The pub itself is very cosy too with a fireplace. Busstop is very close. And a lot a nice stores in the street. Just perfect.

This might just be the best accommodation I've ever stayed at! Inga is the perfect hostess. She met us at the apartment with homemade scones and jam (!) and was so attentive, responsive, and welcoming. She gave us excellent recommendations and it truly felt like we were friends staying in her home. The home is impeccable. Amazing bath products, every comfort you can imagine, super well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy bed, and futon available. Nearby to Tube and bus stops, in a quiet part of the city that's still accessible to London attractions. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Very friendly staff. Easy check in, well isolated from the noise. Downstairs there is a pub with good food and reasonable prices and the good point is that upstairs in the room you don’t hear any noise.
