I had an extremely traumatic journey to get to London with some shocking events occurring and I was very triggered as both my parents were killed in an aircraft 29 years ago. To arrive at your hotel and be made to feel so welcome and cared for was exactly the healing I needed. The woman who made me feel welcome ( I can't remember her name) I think she was the Manager made me feel so welcome was amazing.

I think I have never been to such a place. From the free umbrellas and raincoats to borrow for free, to the complimentary food and beverages throughout the day, to the lovely and perfectly clean bathroom (I mean squeaky clean!! - never seen such shining tap in my life. The room was cozy and warm. This is such a hidden gem! I don´t ever want to stay anywhere else. Instructions were perfect, they arrived 24 hours before and it is a self-serve system, so you don´t have to worry about your plane being late.

Cozy room in a quiet house. Mustafa was an amazing host, excellent in communication and always available to help. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you might need. Bathroom is clean and good quality products are available. The locations is good and well connected with the rest of the city and there is a store just down home for groceries. The area is full of bars, restaurants and clubs. I really had great 4 days at Mustafa’s house and it was suitable to work remotely also.
