Boasting a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Maldron Hotel Manchester Cathedral Quarter is set in the centre of Manchester, 500 metres from Chetham's Library. We booked a bedroom for three and stayed for 7 nights. The bed on the side was a proper bed and not a sofa bed. The beds were all very comfortable. The room was a bit small, but very nice and clean. This hotel is close to the best locations in town. The staff were very helpful at check in, as we spontaneously made changed in the reservations. Can recommend, good value for money.

With free Wi-Fi and a stylish restaurant, Holiday Inn Manchester-Mediacityuk is just 10 minutes’ drive from Manchester centre. BBC Manchester is a 1-minute walk away. We had trouble trouble with 3 cards while trying to pay our warranty. The two gentlemen at the desk did a great job and were very helpful, fun and welcoming. Special thanks to them.

With free parking and free Wi-Fi, Holiday Inn Manchester West is just a 5-minute drive from the MEN Arena and Manchester’s city centre. Nice 👍 receptionists . Lovely rooms . Nice breakfast . I love the shower and towels provided , pressing iron ,Safe available . Very very comfortable bed and duvet

The Hello Hotel is 8 km from Manchester city centre, with 2 nearby train stations and free parking. Each room comes with free Wi-Fi and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. It was clean and fresh. The staff were helpful and very polite, nothing was too much for them.

Located in Manchester, within 2.3 km of Chetham's Library and 2.5 km of Manchester Arena, Albert View Rooms provides a garden. I have no idea why the rating is so low but it was a great stay and I even had a heater working🤣 You can get here by bus at 2 pounds - the stop is outside, it is a quiet and safe neighbourhood there is Lidl on the way to get some food. Check in is remote - you get your room number and a code for the keys - the locker can be tricky - push harder to open. Towels and linen were included in the rate, soap and shampoo. They even provide a small tea pot, that was very lovely along with coffee. The rooms and property are a bit outdated and it’s not that fancy of a place but among all the variants in Manchester this was the best. You can also use a kitchen to heat smth.
