The B&B was in a small residential neighborhood with a wonderful view. Additionally, the owners were very flexible with my arrival time and prepared an excellent breakfast for me the following morning.

It is a breathtaking place to stay with so much character. The bed was extremely comfy with a high quality quilt and pillows and everything was so clean and tasteful. Everything! We left hotel booking until the last minute 🤦 but came across this gem. Not sure about price for Fridays/Saturdays but this was a steal at £95 for a group of 4. I'm sure even if a higher rate for the premium nights it's well worth it. The whole place spotless and it was great to go back afterwards as a group and chill out after the concert we had been to. Unfortunately shops were closed when we walked back (we did find a sainsburys the next morning close by that opened till 11pm but we would have missed that anyway) so we had no milk for tea/coffee in the morning. Yes we could have planned it a little better knowing we were staying in an apartment as we even forgot to buy a couple of beers for after the concert. There was complimentary tea and coffee and a jar of chocolates. I have always found these beverages in these apartments and there is usually a small milk in the fridge so maybe an expectation on my part 🤦 I've taken my own coffee and milk before to find I didn't need to. It's the only feedback I would consider as a thought for the owner but certainly not a complaint. The location is fabulous, a 9 minute walk to the Theatre Royal and loads of great pubs. We arrived quite late due to one of our party working and we've already discussed coming back here to have a night out for food and drinks. The owner sent a couple of videos through Whatsapp to show us how to find the accomodation and instructions for access. I/we would highly recommend.
