Everytime we need transfer or other information they were very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Pension Ptolemeos! 1. The host, Katerina, is a kind and caring elderly lady. She was always ready to help with any questions we had about Santorini, and she provided us with great support during our stay. From changing the bed sheets daily to offering a microwave for heating food, she made us feel truly at home. 2. The accommodation offers great value for money. It’s in an excellent location—just a short walk to the center of Fira—making it super convenient for shopping and dining. 3. We also loved the private swimming pool just outside our room! It was the perfect place to relax, soak in the cool water, and enjoy the warmth of the Mediterranean sun.

Beautiful hostel with a lovely rooftop terrace and a jacuzzi/pool. The female dorm was super clean, quiet, and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable and cozy due to the rolled up "curtain." Very good value for money. There are 2 showers(You can easily hang your clothes and towel there) and 2 toilets in the room. The lockers are very big and can fit a large suitcase. You get a big and fluffy towel. The lady at the reception was very warm and welcoming. It is right in the heart of Fira.
