We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the resort. It truly lives up to its 5-star reputation. The resort is stunning, with an authentic Mediterranean charm that we fell in love with. The most beautiful room I've stayed in (Room's name is Amphitrite). The building's architecture is elegant, the interior design and lighting is flawless, the furniture are super comfortable, the sea view from the bed and the private outdoor jacuzzi complete the experience. Christina and Eva were very warm and eager to help! The welcome wine -even though not cretan- was very nice! The coffee was also very nice, and there was a variety of packed products for in-room breakfast. The bathroom products were very good quality. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the port and airport and walking distance from a some small nearby beaches and café-restaurants. Most tourists visiting Crete know that it is definitely worth it to rent a car and explore this beautiful island. But if you just want to relax in the hotel for a few days, then skip the car and opt for the room with Jacuzzi.
