Indeed very clean room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It is visible in each and every aspect that the rooms are new or newly renovated. Liked it so much. The owner is extremely kind and flexible. The accomodation is literally 3 min walk from the sea. 10 min walk from the city center. At the corner there is a very nice coffee. They make very good Expresso.

Come stay here, quick before anyone finds out what an amazing place this is and they put their prices up :) Lovely hotel overlooking the bay/harbour of Split. Very nicely designed and decorated. Wellness centre is a treat and an al-a-carte breakfast to top it off. Staff are well trained and very professional.

Apartment is very comfortable and in perfect location if you like to be close to the Split downtown. It’s equipped with everything you need. Very important is private parking place in the building if you travel by car or motorcycle. Air condition also works perfect what is super important if outside is 37C. Owners are very easy to communicate with and very helpful.In my opinion this apartment is worth score 10. If we are here next year I will try to book this apartment again.

Very nice large apartment. It was clean and we felt very comfortable. You have to climb quite a few steps but at the top we were rewarded with a well air-conditioned apartment. The hostess was also very nice, explained everything well in advance and answered all our questions. We were even able to check in much earlier on request. All in all, we liked the apartment very much and would book it again on our next visit.
