By far the best accommodation we had during our road trip in Croatia. Best host ever, he and his wife when out of their way to help us an accommodate our requests! Very big apartment, can easily accommodate 4 people. Full size kitchen including a full size fridge freezer. Good size bathroom including washing machine and detergents! Parking right in front of the apartment. Walking distance from all the interesting places to visit in Split.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the city center and the beach—ideal for sightseeing. The apartment itself was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time on the terrace and relaxing by the pool. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, even showing us around the city, which made our time in Split extra special. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

Studio Nika's very a nice apartment. Everything's new and comfortable. Located 15 minutes' walk from the beach and cliffs jumping. There are two markets and bus stop nearby. Close to marina with luxury yachts and beautiful old Split center. It's a great place to stay in Split. I highly recommend it. We were at Ultra music festival in Split in 2025 which was a fantastic event. Great location near the beach allows you to take a rest on the beach after party ;)
