We booked this apartment the day of our arrival, but our host was well prepared regardless. The room was fully equipped, even giving some complementary drinks (what a simple but great extra!). We had a nice cup of tea and coffee on the morning sun-facing balcony. We then made our way to the beach, which is only a 5 minute walk. What a great experience! Our host even agreed to take care of our luggage for the day as we explored the city. It's these kinds of extras, together with a decent, clean and well located room, that just make this place beyond recommendation. We will certainly return!

It's a lovely place, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the nice AirCo is a plus. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, I would definitely stay longer. About parking, we went straight to the parking lot next to the train station. We've been in Split other times and already new the place, and we need to catch the ferry next morning,so that was the best option. It cost 35 euros per day (quite expensive, but it is what it's) and it's about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Around the apartment was super full when we arrived, but in the morning when we we were leaving we've see a lot of cars leaving as well, so maybe if you arrive at the right time, you will manage to park there.

This is a very well situated apartment. Its location is awesome as we were able to easily walk to the old town from our street. The owner has an eye for details ; decor on the walls, soaps in the wc and shower, plush towels , drying rack, placemats and lots of dishes. The beds were confortables and the shower always had hot water. A very secure apartment on the main floor with a pretty balcony where we took the apéro every evening made our stay very pleasant.

A recently renovated property, East Coast Deluxe Rooms is situated in Split near Bacvice Beach, Diocletian's Palace and Split City Museum.

Perfectly located, outstanding design. Breakfast is served in a restaurant in the old town. It is worth walking there. Delicious options if eggs, fresh juice or smoothies. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book it again
