Very good hotel in a very calm peaceful location right near the centre, walking distance from the beach and promenade. One of, if not the Best Hotel in Split! You'll most certainly will get the highest value for your money at this Amazing Hotel Park. We initially came to stay over for one night only, but their service and the friendliness of staff was beyond expectations. So much so that we've decided to extend our stay. Their breakfast is of high level and quite diverse and their bars serve great cocktails. Their staff is very helpful and courteous. Loved the personal touch, they do just that little bit of extra to make you feel special and comfortable - as if you've been coming here for years. We visited during the winter and have been there for just three days so unfortunately couldn't experience their diverse pallet of services and amenities - but I'm sure I would have been astonished. They have a lot to offer and looking forward to experiencing those next time around. Definitely will be coming back to split, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

This small hotel was outstanding, from arrival to checkout. The location is prime, 2 mins walking distance to the main promenade and main attractions, 2 minutes to the beaches. The very center of Split (oldtown) but so quiet you do not hear anything from outside. We booked last minute and arrived earlier than check-in time. We were welcomed with a friendliness out of this world. The staff informed us about what to do and see, offered a drink, and helped with an airplane issue we've had before. The room was the best we ever stayed at, and believe me, we stayed in a lot of hotels, from small to huge hotel chains. This was something special. It was so clean you could smell the clear air, the mattress was awesome, my partner has back issues, and she had such a great sleep she wanted to take the bed with her. We decided to take breakfast on the spot, and they offered room service with no extra charge, which is such a great extra. Breakfast was outstanding, and you can tell it was made with local fresh food and with lots of love. This was such a great experience that we can not stop talking about our stay there. We highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure.

The beach itself was a bit dirty and rundown.

The beach itself was a bit dirty and rundown. If you are yearning for a dip, walk a little further south and jump in jump beyond the end of the beach, where the locals seem to have found a little bit of paradise.

Everything! Excellent service towels every day, kind and supportive host. Room was beautiful facilities perfect and in the perfect location to access all of split. 15 / 20 min walk to Bacvice beach. 2 mins to Palace. Very safe a brilliant stay thank you!

This was such a gem - located right overlooking the bacvice beach - with great rooms with lovely views. A short 10 min walk to the historic town centre palace. The staff at the hotel was fantastic - I specially want to shout out to (I had written down their names on a piece of pare but ive lost it) - I think it was Dona and Erin?? at the reception - a young boy and a girl - who were superb at customer service. Also, the welcome with the sparkling wine was great :). Their breakfast is very good too.

The rooms are just a few minutes away from Bačvice Beach and about 10 minutes from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva Promenade. The host, Daniella, provided all the basic items such as coffee powder, sugar, utensils, etc. She even kept one litre of milk, a water bottle, and an apple juice, along with chocolates for the kids. She also placed plenty of towels for beach use. The two TVs and the air conditioner were very useful. We really liked the room, and it was a pleasant stay for us.

Cleanliness was amazing, and managed to let us check in earlier as our flight landed at 11. The location is a 5 minute walk away from Bacvice Beach and a 10 minute walk away from the Old Town, where we found a lot of great food spots.
