I don't usually rate a hotel with 10. We came to run the marathon, which was around 500 metres from the hotel. The suite had two rooms, both quiet and fine for our purposes. Price was reasonable for the quality. The day after the marathon, they let us stay longer.

You feel like a king in your castle! Its so nice and quiet. You cant believe you are actually in the middle of Split. Once you enter the building it feels like you entered a castle in the middle of the forest. And then you open the window and see you are in historical part of town which is amazing.

The beach itself was a bit dirty and rundown. If you are yearning for a dip, walk a little further south and jump in jump beyond the end of the beach, where the locals seem to have found a little bit of paradise.

Conclusion of our short holiday in Split: The ARGO apartment is excellent. The host, Neno, is incredibly hospitable and very likeable. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean. It’s just a short distance to the Old Town and to Firule or Bačvice beach. We felt very comfortable at ARGO and we will certainly be back again. Very nice big apartment in quiet area. Nice roof terrace with great views over Split town & harbour. 3 mins to nearest restaurant & 5 mins to old town. Some lovely bays for swimming if you walk around the coast to the right. Thought they were much nicer than on the Bacvice beach side. Will return to Split one day & would see if this apartment was available.

A small, cozy apartment in the city center. Modern furnishings, comfortable beds, a fridge, a kettle, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located on the fourth floor; an elevator is available. Excellent communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Just a few minutes' walk to the Old Town and the promenade, and 10 minutes to Bačvice Beach.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and around 15 minutes from Bačvice Beach. The apartment had everything we needed for our three-night stay, and the host met us at the property when we arrived. Having free parking was also a big bonus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is in a brilliant location, only 5 minutes walk to Bačvice beach, and less than 10 minutes walk into Split Old Town. There are nice restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets if you need them. Keti was a fantastic host who provided lots of information before I arrived, and answered any questions I had while I was staying there, and there were even some sweet treats on my arrival! The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed - I will definitely book to stay here again if I return to Split.
