Phenomenal location in the old town. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Truly the perfect place to stay in the old town.

Set in Split, Heritage Hotel Cardo enjoys a privileged location within the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace. The Peristyle, St. The staff on duty, either Edita or Dom, escorted me around the corner for a delicious breakfast with a little taverna with whom they have a connection. Breakfast was bespoke. They asked me what I wanted and it appeared! Fresh fruit of various kinds, poached egg on toast with avocado. I cannot speak higher of the staff, Edita and Dom, who went out of their way to treat me as if I were a member of the family. I was invited for a drink, and when I wanted to go somewhere, they showed me on the map how to get there, as the palace is a bit confusing. Each dinner reservation was better than the previous one, and I found their help just wonderful. The room was spectacular, and the wall of the bathroom was from the 4th century! Every possible amenity was provided to me. From the hand-painted ceilings, to the Murano light fixtures, to the antiques, attention had been made to detail.

Located in the heart of Split and only 230 feet away from the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace, Piazza Herirtage Hotel provides air-conditioned accommodations with free WiFi access. Great location Staff were amazing! Met at the parking they arranged. They checked multiple times that we were ok finding it. Guided to hotel. Check in great. When they knew we had an 0500 departure they immediately arranged breakfast boxes without being asked. Booked as a table at a hard to get into restaurant even though short notice and a Saturday night!! I have stayed in some of the very best hotels in the world (Peninsula Hong Kong for example) and this service is right up there!! Room spacious and comfy!

Beautiful historic building, very nicely renovated and next to the historic part of town. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff (helped carrying the luggage from/to the garage and provided excellent restaurant advice).

Located right next to the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace in Split, Palace Suites provides luxuriously equipped accommodations with numerous amenities like flat screen TVs, king-size beds and... Everything, amazing location, spacious room with gorgeous decor. Staff were wonderful and helped us lots. Would definitely recommend and return.

Hotel Vestibul Palace is in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace, surrounded by ancient Roman walls. It offers elegant, bright rooms with handmade furniture and free Wi-Fi. We were booked at the Villa Doric, but when we returned after our evening dinner, the room was uncomfortably hot, the air conditioning not managing well and the 55 channel tv not working. Sent message to reception and moments later were moved to a wonderfully cool room in Hotel Vestibul. We were very grateful and appreciated this effort. Staff very helpful with dinner suggestions/reservations and managing parking arrangements.
