Adiwana Resort in Ubud was the first hotel I stayed at during my first solo trip, and I couldn’t have been happier with this choice. The location is perfect within walking distance of restaurants and shops, which made exploring Ubud very easy.
I asked the hotel to arrange a driver for my day excursions, and they assigned Kodi, who was absolutely amazing. He made sure I ticked off all the activities I wanted to do in Ubud, took lots of great photos of me, and shared so much history and insight into Balinese culture along the way.
The rest of the hotel staff were equally kind, friendly, and always happy to help whenever needed. I would highly recommend Adiwana, especially for solo travelers.

been wanting to stay here since forever but always fully booked. when the time finally come, no regret at all as the property located in the center of Ubud and walking distance to all restaurant, coffee shop, Ubud Market, rice fields and Monkey Forest.
it is a family-owned property and the host is very attentive. always accommodate our needs. feels like home as it only has four rooms.
the cleanliness is second to none, the pool and garden is a nice place to enjoy the sun, the balcony and day bed inside the room is a perfect spot to read a book. with the price I’ve paid, all of these are totally worth-it! will definitely come back in October (if they have vacant room for me).
