Overall, considering the price and star rating, we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was very accommodating, and the manager, Anand, went above and beyond—especially in helping us navigate language barriers. The food at the hotel was decent and enjoyed by the children. The location near 32nd Avenue was convenient, though the immediate area felt quite crowded and offered limited options within walking distance. That said, rideshare services like Uber make it easy to reach many attractions nearby.

It is one of the best hotel in Gurgaon near to MG road metro station. Location is very centralized and ofcourse this hotel is absolutely amazing in terms of ambience and amenities. We enjoyed spa gym and the rooms were also very neat and clean beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and General Manager of Hotel Ms Veena Koul Ma'am is an amazing human being always taking care of minute details. The food was also great both multicuisine and Japanese. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, very close to the 32nd Avenue, which is a popular location and has many corporate offices as well. At this price, the rooms were quite aesthetic, minimal, and did the job for me at least. You can order F&B from outside, and they will deliver it to your door, which is a plus.

Large Spacious Balcony Rooms and Comfortable Bed💯. I stayed for 1 night and it was a very wonderful experience. Its a newly made hotel. Liked the way the staff treated and the Room amenities were also great. Got Free Wifi to finish up my meetings and work as well.
