Very well maintained rooms/property, superb cleanliness. Relaxing/calming environment. Friendly and professional staff, pleasingly attentive to guest requests, going above and beyond. I recently stayed at the las palmas hotel in Munnar near devikulam. The hotel is surely one of the greatest hotel in and around Munnar as it is quite outside the city of around 5 km it is easy to manual around and have a less traffic the rooms are very much spacious and customer service from the staffs are very polite and a very gentle and friendly manner to top on that the food they serve in the restaurant in the first floor is very good it is homely and it is very tasty and affordable
