The location is away from the crowd and by a river. It was perfect, I spent peaceful morning and afternoon having nice coffee there. Room was decently clean. You have a small garden to chill by the lake and watch the boats pass by. There were also 2 cute cats. The guy at the reception is very helpful. He helped me in booking my tickets for gandola for Gulmarg. I suggest you contact them to book your transportation if you want to travel around.

I am totally impressed by the hospitality provided. Anything you require, it will be taken care. My trip went memorably, as trip planning and everything was taken care by them.
Especially I want to thank Shahid Rashi, who is the owner of the hotel, is very friendly and excellent hospitality provided by him.
Our trip went amazing. I would highly recommend this place for stay. You just have to stay with peace and rest everything is taken care of.

The hospitality here was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help. The traditional interiors gave the place a unique charm, and the food was fresh and tasty. Sitting on the deck with a cup of tea and enjoying the lake view was something we'll never forget.
