Home away from home is what I want to say about my stay at De Elaaf . They are truly a paradise on earth . Staff were very polite and helpful and considerate . Mudasir even fetched medicines for me even in late night . This really touched my heart . Cozy and heart warming experience and I want to come back soon .

I would kike to Thank Alia and her staff for helping us out during the entire soan of my stay. I was travelling with my mother and with a broken had and Alia and her staff made sure we have do not have to worry about any chores and also helped us with a cab with an Amazing driver. The hotel is at the perfect location right in front of the Dal lake and theres a super neat and clean food court right beneath the hotel.

Mijn verblijf op deze houseboat in Srinagar was werkelijk onvergetelijk. Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, werd ik hartelijk ontvangen en voelde ik me meteen welkom. De eigenaar en het hele team waren ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en deden er alles aan om mijn verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht, met een prachtig uitzicht dat zorgde voor een rustige en ontspannen sfeer. Het eten was vers, heerlijk en met veel zorg bereid. De gastvrijheid die ik hier heb ervaren was uitzonderlijk en maakte mijn reis nog specialer. Ik raad deze houseboat van harte aan aan iedereen die Srinagar bezoekt. Bedankt voor deze geweldige ervaring!

I have stayed I this houseboat ;and the experience was too good really enjoyed,the rooms were neat and clean and heritage work was highly appreciated. Special thanks to the Adil bhai the host for arranging the accomodations and taxis.

My stay at Green View Houseboat was very comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The highlight of my trip was the amazing Shikara ride on Dal Lake with Faizan. It was truly a unique experience. We went deep inside the lake, away from the crowded tourist areas, and explored beautiful green surroundings, quiet waterways, and abundant birdlife. The peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty made it feel like a completely different world. It was an unforgettable experience and one of the best memories of my visit to Kashmir. I highly recommend Green View Houseboat and their Shikara rides to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay on Dal Lake.

Very good hotel for a family stay, very good location/ food and servcies.

Sameer helped me with airport pickup. He also showed me around the lake and was kind enough to welcome me into his family home. The bed had heated blankets which was much needed in the cold weather
