Very nice experience overall. The houseboat was clean and properly maintained and the staff were quite friendly. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, especially early morning and in the evening. It's definitely different from staying in a regular hotel. We had a good time and would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel central Park for one day in June 2026 and our experience was excellent from the start to finish of our trip. The hotel facilities are clean, comfortable, and have great ambiance, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help! A special thank you to At if front office manager and salad whose kindness, professionalism, and friendly greeting every day made us feel at home. We would also like to thank all the kitchen staff and the chefs for the outstanding food and Kashmiri dishes. Every meal was fresh and delicious, but the soups were especially exceptional and something we looked forward to every day. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Central Park for your wonderful hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It’s clean & the rooms were comfortable and cozy. The weather outside was real cold but as the rooms were centrally heated, we had a good time. And the location was also good as we had small shops and malls nearby. About the staff’s, all staffs did a splendid job. Serves at restaurant, cleaners for the rooms and reception staffs including the manager, everyone made sure we had a good stay. I would like to give a shout out to Varsha for going over & beyond assisting and helping us. THANK YOU WHOLE TEAM FOR MAKING OUR STAY WONDERFUL

The bathroom was spotless, and the fluffy towels and luxurious toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel's restaurant was a real highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great mix of local and international dishes. I especially loved the Kashmiri Wazwan – it was a feast for the senses! The dining area itself was beautiful, with big windows overlooking the stunning scenery. One thing I really appreciated about the hotel was its location. It was close to all the main attractions, but still felt secluded and peaceful. It was the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Kashmir. Overall, my stay at the Olive Hotel was fantastic. Home away from home is what I want to say about my stay at De Elaaf . They are truly a paradise on earth . Staff were very polite and helpful and considerate . Mudasir even fetched medicines for me even in late night . This really touched my heart . Cozy and heart warming experience and I want to come back soon .
