The room was immaculate. TV had Netflix and Amazon prime ready to go. Air conditioning was perfect. The host was an absolute treasure, even took us to get an oil change for our motorbikes. The food was immaculate and more than edible. Private secure car parking in a safe area. He can organise tours as he is very in the know for his area. I can highly recommend this place as a safe base to explore.

It’s clean & the rooms were comfortable and cozy. The weather outside was real cold but as the rooms were centrally heated, we had a good time. And the location was also good as we had small shops and malls nearby. About the staff’s, all staffs did a splendid job. Serves at restaurant, cleaners for the rooms and reception staffs including the manager, everyone made sure we had a good stay. Home away from home is what I want to say about my stay at De Elaaf . They are truly a paradise on earth . Staff were very polite and helpful and considerate . Mudasir even fetched medicines for me even in late night . This really touched my heart . Cozy and heart warming experience and I want to come back soon .

The breakfast was hot and fresh. And the location was good too. It is a nice walk to many places, including the Dal Lake. We booked a family room; we got a room with two comfortable beds, a TV and a bathroom. The owners are always around making sure that things run smoothly. Overall, a truly beautiful experience.
